Recipe makes 10 large rolls
Ingredients
- 1 bag Mochi Mix
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- Matcha powder (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350º (180º C) and prepare a 10x15 inch cookie sheet by greasing and lining with parchment paper.
Step 2: Empty Mochi Mix into a large bowl.
Step 3: Put butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Step 4: Add eggs to separate bowl and mix well.
Step 5: Add evaporated milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, and vanilla to large bowl w/ Mochi Mix. Mix batter until smooth.
Step 6: Pour batter evenly onto cookie sheet and lightly tap on table to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 1-hour
Step 7: Add matcha powder to vanilla frosting. Spread frosting evenly over your sheet of mochi and sprinkle toppings such as mochi balls over the frosting. Carefully roll mochi and cut into slices before serving.
